How quickly can I get my mosque TV display running? +
Usually within 15–20 minutes of registering. Create your account, upload your CSV timetable, and open your unique URL on your TV browser. That's it.
Do I need to install any software or hardware? +
No software or hardware needed for the TV display. It works in any web browser. For live audio streaming you'll need a PC connected to your sound system — we'll help you set that up.
What if I need help setting everything up? +
We offer free setup support via email for all plans. Professional and Masjid Plus customers get priority support. We can also arrange a video call to walk you through the setup.
Can I request a custom feature for my masjid? +
Yes — use the contact form above and select "General question". We actively build features requested by mosques. If it's something that would benefit many masjids we'll add it to the roadmap.
Is there a contract or minimum term? +
No contracts, no minimum terms. Month-to-month billing. Cancel any time. The free Starter plan is free forever with no time limit.
